Every Pokerhand is Different

You know what I noticed the most while writing all of these tips?

That it’s so hard to find a situation that perfectly illustrates the point I’m trying to make.

For instance, if I’m trying to tell you to be careful with your all in, every example I come up with to illustrate my point, lacks some reason in some situations.

Get it?… Probably not

What I’m trying to tell you is that; you should asses every situation apart from every previous situation.

There are so many variables like;

What are you playing, a tournament or a cash game? How big are the blinds and antes? Who are you playing? How do they see you? How do they play? How many players are there? What’s your position? What are your cards? How big is your chipstack? What do you think somebody else has? How big is his chipstack? What does the board read? How much did he bet? In what mood is he? How did he behave before? What are the odds? etc etc.

I could go on like this for some time.

A lot of the times an example does work in a certain situation, but not any more if you adjust any of these variables. So therefore there’s no superior tip that always works. There’s only a guideline to a mindset, and a reasonable chain of thought that you should pursue in order to find the right solution in every situation.
